AI Content & Transparency
How our series are made
xdrama originals are developed by our creative team — story, characters, scripts, and shot design — and produced using generative artificial intelligence for imagery, motion, voice, and music. Human editors review and approve every episode before publication.
The result is fiction. Characters are invented, performances are generated, and the people on screen do not exist. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or to actual events, is unintended and coincidental unless expressly stated.
Our commitments
- Synthetic performers only. Characters are composites generated by our pipeline. We do not create characters designed to resemble a specific real, identifiable person without that person’s written permission.
- No deepfakes. We do not depict real people saying or doing things they did not say or do, and we do not place real individuals in intimate, criminal, or defamatory scenarios.
- Licensed voices. Where a voice is derived from a real performer, it is used under a license with that performer covering synthetic reproduction.
- Adults only, always. All characters depicted in romantic or sexual situations are adults. We do not produce or host sexualized depictions of minors under any circumstances.
- Human review. No episode reaches the catalog without editorial review and a content rating.
- We do not train on you. Your account information and viewing activity are not used to train generative models. See our Privacy Policy.
Labeling and provenance
We identify xdrama originals as AI-produced in our service metadata and, where platforms provide a mechanism, through their AI-content disclosure fields. Where practical, we support provenance signals such as content credentials embedded in published media.
Rights in AI-generated content
Spike Labs, Inc. retains all right, title, and interest in the content it produces, including output generated using AI tools, together with the underlying characters, story materials, and cover art. Your access is a limited license under our Terms of Service. You may not use our content — including frames, clips, voices, or characters — to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning models, or to create derivative works.
Reporting a concern
If you believe a character or voice on xdrama resembles you or someone you represent, or that content violates these commitments, contact legal@spikelabsinc.com with the series, episode, and a description. We investigate likeness and safety reports promptly and will remove or modify content where warranted.
