Redistributing, re-uploading, or re-cutting our content — including on social video platforms — is prohibited by our Terms of Service. If you find xdrama content republished elsewhere, we would appreciate a report at legal@spikelabsinc.com.

Reporting infringement to us

If you believe material on xdrama infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

your physical or electronic signature;
identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (series, episode, and timestamp where possible);
your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice can expose you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, for any district where we may be found).

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.
